Champions Club FAQs

1. Do I have to be a member of Champions Club to use the facility?: While we hope you choose to join Champions Club, you can also drop in and purchase a day pass any day of the week!

2. How much are memberships?: A complete list of both our membership rates can be found here. Be sure to check out our discounts for Southlake residents and military personnel.

3. What if I have a large group interested in coming? Do you offer group rates?: Of course we do! Check out our pricing for groups of 20+ individuals here.

4. Do you have to be a resident of Southlake to purchase a membership or day pass at Champions Club?: We do not have any residency restrictions for Champions Club. However, we do offer a 20% discount to our residents.

5. When does Champions Club open?: We are looking forward to opening later this year. Sign up for our email alerts to be one of the first to know when we announce a date for our Grand Opening!

6. When do memberships go on sale?: Membership sales have begun! Purchase your membership here.

7. Do Southlake residents receive a discount on memberships to Champions Club?: All Southlake residents receive a 20% discount on their membership fees.

8. Is the facility called The Marq Southlake or Champions Club?: The Marq Southlake is our overall facility name. Phase I of the facility, which has been in operation since December 2015, is called Legends Hall at The Marq Southlake. Legends Hall includes our rentable event spaces and Senior Activity Center. Champions Club at The Marq Southlake is Phase II of the facility, and it is currently under construction. As the active recreation side of The Marq Southlake, Champions Club will feature fitness equipment and studios, an indoor pool, a gymnasium and more.

10. What are the hours of operation going to be for Champions Club?: We will be open 107 hours per week to give plenty of options for everyone to come and enjoy the facility! A complete list of hours can be found here.

11. Where is Champions Club located?: We are located within Bicentennial Park near Southlake Boulevard and Shady Oaks Drive at 285 Shady Oaks Drive.

12. Will you be offering child watch?: Yes! Our Lil’ Champs child watch will be open Monday – Saturday 8 a.m. - 1 p.m. and Monday – Friday 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. Visit the Lil' Champs webpage for more information.

13. How do I join the team at Champions Club?: We are looking for highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our team! In early fall we will begin the hiring process for our part-time team members as well as contract instructors. Be sure to sign up for email alerts to be one of the first to know when we post our positions!

1. What is Champions Club?: The Champions Club experience is 82,000 square feet of fitness and fun. From cardio and strength training to aquatics, fitness classes and family recreation, Champions Club has it all. Want to know more or become a member? 2. What is the benefit of purchasing a membership now?: With the excitement of Champions Club grand opening in early 2019, we are giving the opportunity to be one of the first to purchase a membership during our pre-sale. Simply pay for one month now and this secures your spot as a member. With your pre-sale membership, you'll receive one of our limited VIP welcome bags, and the chance at a sneak peek prior to our public opening. 3. Will I be charged each month before the facility opens?: Memberships purchased prior to Champions Club at The Marq Southlake opening to the public will only be charged for the first month. After that, billings will begin on April 1, 2019, or 30 days after the facility opens to the public, whichever date is greater. Champions Club is scheduled to open in early 2019. 4. How will you verify residency?: Our registration software recognizes valid Southlake addresses to ensure they receive the discounted resident rates. Be sure to input your address exactly as it appears on your water bill. If you receive an error message and cannot complete the transaction to purchase a resident membership, please contact our team at (817) 748-8955 or our online form to assist you with completing your transaction.

5. Is there a deposit or enrollment fee?: At Champions Club, there are no enrollment or deposit fees. Our pre-sale covers your first month as a member. Need to cancel? We make it simple, just call at (817) 748-8955 or contact us at least seven business days notice prior to your next payment to cancel. If you have further questions, please give us a call at (817) 748-8955.

6. I'm having an issue purchasing my membership online.: We are here to help! Please contact one of our Membership Services Coordinators at (817) 745-8955 or online through our contact form. We are also here to help you in our Sales Office Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm located at 285 Shady Oaks Dr.

7. What do I do if I need to cancel my membership?: There are no enrollment or deposit fees. Our pre-sale covers your first month as a member. Need to cancel? We make it simple, just give us 7 business days notice to cancel prior to your next payment.
